Small "Palazzo"
This small palazzo is situated right in the heart of the historic centre of Chiusi, a few yards from the Cathedral, the Corso and the Archaeological Museum. It has been completely restored, and has a surface area of 235 square metres divided into four floors, in addition to a splendid terrace, which dominates the town and the surrounding countryside.
On the ground floor, which has two entrances, there is the entry hall with the stairway, a small dining room, full-equipped kitchen, a toilet and access to the underground cellar. On the first floor the living room and the main dining room are located.
Both the second and third floors are made up of a large double bedroom and private bathroom with a small additional room.
Access to the terrace is by a spiral staircase from the third floor.
